I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with degrees in both psychology and sociology. I am a certified Career and Diversity Trainer, as well as certified to teach Zenger-Miller's Frontline Leadership programs. I have more than 15 years experience including living overseas, working in large, medium and small, start-up level companies in Human Resources management positions including at the director level. My industry experience includes defense, information, semiconductor and internet security. In addition, For recreation I enjoy hiking, reading, domestic and international travel, speaking French, practicing Taiji, Yoga, and Shotokan style Karate. On a more personal note...I am curious about and respect all cultures. I believe we are all equal and enjoy learning from diversity and different perspectives. I believe in continuously learning and growing. I have a passion for creating 'ah-ha' experiences for both my clients and myself. My VisionTo help others accept and celebrate who they are and realize that we are always at choice around what we do, who we are, and who we are becoming.
